Selecting the Submit Order button on this web site's Secure Payment Form, which is accessed through the Submit Order button on the Shopping Basket, confirms that you are submitting an order to Propshopuk.com, a subsidiary company of Main Event Productions Ltd, and instructing Propshopuk.com contact you in order to discuss and finalise your order subject to availability of items selected. You are also confirming that you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Propshopuk.com cannot be held responsible for forged, wrongfully altered or otherwise misused transmission details arising from forgery, wrongful alteration or other misuse of the original transmission or that said transmission details appearing on it are found to be at all counterfeit.

Propshhopuk.com reserves the right to refuse to trade if the submitted order details have in any way been altered without the express permission of Propshopuk.com.
Hire or purchase of products on this web site are governed by English Law and will be deemed to have taken place in England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Your statutory rights are not affected. This statement does not confer upon you any additional legal obligations or duties, it merely highlights existing rights that consumers have whenever they deal with traders.

Hired Goods

All goods hired on contract to customers remain the property of Propshopuk.com.

All Hire charges shown are for 3 days duration (inclusive of delivery and collection days) unless otherwise stated or agreed with the company.

Any loss or damage to hired goods will be charged to customers at replacement value. These values will be communicated to customers at time of commencement of hire either upon collection of goods from our premises or upon delivery to customers by our own vehicles and staff.


Security


Payment through this web site is made via a secure web server. Secure communication means that any information provided by you, such as your name or credit-card number, is encrypted so that it cannot be read or intercepted by other people.
