Our Delivery policy


Orders received will be processed within 48 hours of receipt and full confirmation will be despatched to the email address provided on the submitted order.

One of our dedicated members of staff will contact you to arrange delivery and confirm delivery charges.

Upon agreement by both parties, your order will either be despatched by a national courier if appropriate or be delivered to you by our own vehicle(s) and member(s) of staff at a mutually agreed date and time.



Our Cancellations Policy


All cancellations must be advised in writing to The Company to the address shown below. The date of receipt of this written notification by The Company will determine the cancellation charges applicable. Once a booking has been confirmed The Company may reserve the specific items ordered and they may refuse other bookings. Accordingly charges will be payable for any cancellation of a confirmed booking or part thereof as follows:

Any deposit received for a booking may be retained in the event of cancellations or adjusted in accordance with the following formula.


Any booking cancelled between 90 and 180 days in advance - 30% of The Company’s most recent quoted costs.


Any booking cancelled between 30 and 90 days in advance - 50% of The Company’s most recent quoted costs.


For cancellations received with less than 30 days notice full quoted costs are payable.


Quoted delivery and collection charges are excluded from the above unless the delivery has already been made prior to cancellation.

Your statutory rights are not affected by the above terms and conditions.
